Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. 3690 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
3690 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card or passport, bank statement, or proof of address.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that devices used to access 3690 are free from malware. We encourage the use of two-factor authentication for an added layer of protection.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
All 3690 users are required to comply with the following usage rules at all times when accessing or using any feature of the platform.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the 3690 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following payment terms apply to all users.
- Deposits can be made via DuitNow, FPX, and other supported local payment methods.
- The minimum deposit amount is subject to the selected payment method and may change from time to time.
- Deposited funds will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the payment service provider.
- 3690 does not accept deposits from third-party credit or debit cards that are not owned by the registered user.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
- 3690 reserves the right to require identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to three business days.
- Any taxes or fees imposed by the receiving bank are the sole responsibility of the user.

3690's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

Account Policies, Suspension & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
3690 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if: (1) a breach of the stated terms has occurred; (2) the user provided false information during registration or identity verification; (3) suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account; or (4) a request is made by a competent authority. In the event of account closure due to a breach, 3690 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in the affected account.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 3690 support team. Any legitimate balance will be returned once the identity verification process is complete and there are no active investigations on the account.

3690 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
